Allianz Varna

The special thing in this project is that in the restoration and preservation of this architectural monument we decided to revive the original idea for its colours – a nuance of pink. New materials were used, in softer shades of the colours which on their part emphasize the decorative elements. A new modern colour approach has been applied – gray and pink, a novelty in the work on cultural monuments in Bulgaria.

Apart from the accepted proposals on colours and design of the facade, this project is significant as it is located on the most important from historical point of view street in Varna – Preslav Str. Architect of the building is again Nikola Lazarov.
