House Persiyana
The interesting thing about this project is the explicit desire of the client – to have two individual houses but under the same roof. From the very beginning the wanted result was clear – two generations to live in what looks like one mutual house but without mixing the two households. Without hesitation the project achieved the effect – two separate entrances from two sides of the house. Its style meets the client’s wishes – French windows, deep eaves. The challenge was the scale of the house to not prevail in the plot.
During the development of the project a fruitful cooperation and even a co-authorship was built between an investor who knows what they want and an architect who knows how to provide it. In this case, good partnership was built, one on respect and trust.
