The site is located in a holiday village near Sozopol. It is located on a terrain with slight displacement. It has a specific shape that requires a careful approach to the architectural solution. The plot itself is “open” to the sea view which contributes positively to the overflow of spaces in the house. This overflow is accomplished by going through several steps that lead from one area to another but still maintain the spirit of the common space.
Here, the maritime architecture “has the word” – the light, sandy tones in the interior and the white colour outside. There is no mistaking where you are – both from the facade of the house and from the interior that seems to point you to the sea.
