UniCredit Bulbank – Central office St.Nedelya

This facility is located in a multi-storey office building and occupies the entire ground floor and first floor of the UniCredit building at St. Nedelya Square in Sofia. We cleared the space from non-bearing partition walls as much as possible, and we placed all service units in the perimeter of the main hall. The cash registers are centrally integrated connected to the structure. This way a vast bank hall is formed. In the more spacious area there is a separate waiting area for clients which is separated with a different colour, type and size of the floor tiles and comfortable furniture for sitting and filling out documents.

The project is important for us as it is the headquarters of one of the leading banks in Bulgaria and is located at an iconic place in the center of the capital. It was sought on purpose to create different areas according to the customer service available. The result is a combination of elegance and style that are organically related to the specifics of the bank.
